People Magazine Explains Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Birth Plans

By  |

People Magazine has an article this week on how Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are preparing for their baby. For people who complain so often about the invasion of their privacy they seem to offer quite a bit of details about their birth plans.

  • “The parents-to-be, who began discussing names “right away” (and have since found the perfect one) also plan to move to new digs when the timing is right, says the insider. “They want to move and have more space and security for the baby.”
  • In the meantime, Kunis, 30, is staying fit with prenatal Pilates, yoga and spinning. “Mila seems determined to stay healthy during her pregnancy,” says a Kunis insider.
  • As far as the delivery, Kunis who is planning for a natural birth, has been meeting with doulas to discuss options – and Kutcher, 36, is on board. Says the source, “Ashton supports her 100 percent.”

You just told us (via your publicist) that you’ve chosen a baby name, you’re re trying to manage your weight with a mix of Pilates, yoga, and spinning, and you are currently interviewing doulas. But they are mad if you take a photo of them walking their dogs in sweats on a public street near a trail where celebrities hike regularly.

Here’s the kicker quote. I love this one.

“He’s doting on her and telling her she looks beautiful. He understands she’s going through changes and he hasn’t judged her for it.”

Well, I would hope not. She’s growing a baby. It’s not like she’s training for Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest. She’s pulling all the weight. He shows up to the hospital and may or may not hold up a leg and cut an umbilical cord. She’s got to suffer through doctor’s appointments, glucose tests, barfing, gas, and vaginal discomfort. He gets a cigar while someone mops up her placenta and stitches up her situation.

So thanks for not judging her, Ashton.
